NEEP-AI processes email, password, phone number, name, sex, state, LGA, and optional organisation so you can create an account, reach advisory support, and so farmer accounts can be counted toward programme attribution. Consent time and privacy-notice version are stored with the record.
The lawful basis is consent (the checkbox at signup) together with the stated public interest of agricultural extension. Email and phone numbers are not shown on public pages. Admin staff see masked contact details unless they have a logged permission to view full PII.
We do not sell personal data. Sharing with FarmerChat happens only under processor terms for the approved integration mode. Retention is proposed as 24 months after last advisory handoff unless FDAE or IFAD set a different period.
